All about Louise

I started in travel over twenty-six years ago, and in 2012, I was honoured to open Miles Morgan Travel's Clifton Village branch as a Travel Specialist, before progressing to become the Branch Manager. I love my job and have been lucky enough to win multiple awards over the years, including Assistant Manager of the Year for both the region and company I was working for. My career has taken me to many different places, but my heart has never left Clifton, or the close-knit community of an independent agency. After all my years in travel, there really isn’t anything like working for an independent agency, with the freedom to book through so many fantastic operators.

To me, a customer isn’t just a customer – they are lifelong friends, and I strive to create a unique bond with every customer that comes in. I have customers that I’ve been booking since they were children going on family holidays with their parents, and along the way booking wild weekends abroad with mates, romantic getaways with partners, and now, all-inclusive resorts with their own families!

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled far and wide, across a plethora of continents. My all-time favourite destination, though, will always be Sri Lanka – it should be on everyone’s bucket list! The entire country is bursting with wildlife, and the scenery is stunning – from bustling cities to sweeping national parks, white-sand beaches and tiny fishing villages. The people are unbelievably welcoming and kind, and we have a lot to learn about their way of living! Sri Lanka is the true escape that a holiday should be, and I can’t wait to go back.

Though I’m no longer the young 21-year-old who started in Clifton Village all those years ago, with twenty-six years’ experience, I’d be delighted to make your travel dreams come true.
