All about Kate

I’m thrilled to have joined the team of wonderful Travel Specialists in Miles Morgan Travel’s Clifton Branch. I’m relatively new to the travel industry but have a strong passion for travelling; as a child, I always dreamed of going on holidays and exploring the world, so as soon as I began to earn my own money, I made it my mission to travel as far and wide as possible. Flash forward, and I’m incredibly proud of the places I’ve managed to visit, and I can’t wait to share my experiences with my customers.

I’ve spent much of my travels in Europe, and it’s opened my eyes to how much beauty and culture is right on our doorstep. Two of my favourite destinations have to be Malta and Madeira: both of these islands are home to such beautiful nature, and are steeped in deep European history, both ancient and recent. The mountains, cliffs, oceans and beaches were stunning, and of course, there are a fantastic range of luxury hotels, all-inclusive resorts and self-catering accommodation too. Both trips truly encapsulated me: I’d love to go back!

My partner and I absolutely loved our time interrailing together around France, Italy and Belgium. It’s a fantastic way to see many destinations at once, for a low cost! We stopped off at no less than sixteen different destinations during our trip and ticked off many of our dream bucket-list places: Paris, Bordeaux, Bruges, Milan, Rome and Lake Como, to name a few. Europe truly has it all, from fascinating history to breathtaking nature, vibrant cultures and delicious food, too. You could stay in Europe for a lifetime and never tire of it!

However, I’m lucky enough to have travelled quite extensively further afield, visiting a broad range of destinations. My friends are scattered across the globe, and I’ve enjoyed many solo trips visiting them. Notably, I absolutely adored the vibrant buzz of New York – the crowning jewel of city breaks, this trip was packed with lots of walking and gazing in awe at the iconic landmarks New York has to offer. Toronto is also an incredibly special place for me, with a perfect mix of skyscraper and scenery – the skyline is strangely beautiful, particularly at night. I really love a city break and would love to help customers find the perfect city for them.

After so many years of dreaming about travelling, it brings me so much joy to now be helping customers plan their next adventures. I’d be absolutely delighted to meet you in our Clifton branch, to book your dream holiday!
