Travel has always been a passion of mine, which is why I was thrilled to begin my career in the travel industry in 2007 as an apprentice with TUI. Over the years, I gained valuable experience across a variety of roles, building my knowledge and expertise while developing a real passion for helping customers create unforgettable holiday memories. Through hard work and dedication, I progressed to the position of Assistant Manager, where I enjoyed supporting both my team and customers alike.

After getting married and welcoming my first child, I felt it was the right time for a new chapter in my career. In 2016, I joined the fantastic team at Spear Travels, and it quickly felt like home. Since then, I have loved building relationships with our clients and helping them plan everything from family getaways to once-in-a-lifetime luxury escapes. I am incredibly proud to have been promoted in December 2024 to Dual Branch Manager alongside Hayley, leading a wonderful team and continuing to do what I love every day.

Having travelled to many destinations around the world, I understand how important it is to find the perfect holiday for each individual customer. As a mum myself, I have a particular passion for family holidays and enjoy sharing my personal experiences and advice to help families make the most of their precious time together. I also have extensive knowledge of the cruise market and love helping customers discover the unique experiences that cruising can offer. In addition, I specialise in luxury travel, creating tailor-made holidays that combine exceptional service, unforgettable experiences, and those extra special touches.

My favourite destination has to be the Maldives. I have been lucky enough to visit twice, and each time I have been completely captivated by its crystal-clear waters, stunning beaches, and incredible luxury resorts. It truly is a slice of paradise and remains one of my favourite destinations to recommend to customers looking for something extra special.

What I enjoy most about my role is getting to know my clients and helping turn their holiday dreams into reality. Whether it's a family adventure, a relaxing cruise, or a luxury escape, there is nothing more rewarding than knowing I've helped create memories that will last a lifetime.
