I was recently reminded why I’ve always loved the travel industry. Put simply - no two days are ever the same!
After spending a number of years in the airline world, helping ensure passengers travelled safely from A to B, it was a pleasure to retrain as a travel consultant and return to the industry I’ve always enjoyed.
This year has already been a busy one. I was fortunate to attend the 2026 CLIA Cruise Conference in Southampton, where I took part in specialist training and was invited onboard some of our most iconic cruise partners, including Cunard, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Experiencing their ships and service standards first-hand has given me invaluable insight, enabling me to recommend the right cruise with confidence, based on personal experience as well as product knowledge.
Travel has taken me around the world, and I have lived and worked in Spain. Exploring destinations including Australia, New Zealand, South America, Mexico, the USA and Canada, as well as many countries across Europe, means that I understand what makes a holiday memorable and allows me to offer clients practical, informed advice, whether looking for a tailor-made long haul tour, the perfect cruise, or a relaxing luxury escape. I really believe it's the smaller details that make all the difference.
