All about Lindsey

I’ve worked in the travel industry in Stroud for over 20 years now and became a Travel Specialist for Miles Morgan Travel in 2019. I’m loving every minute of my job, and I really couldn’t imagine doing anything else. It always brightens my day to welcome both new and returning customers into branch, and making their dreams come true – whether it be to book a family holiday, a special-occasion trip, a much-needed beach-break or a once-in-a-lifetime experience, we’re always here to help!

I’ve been very lucky to have travelled across the world visiting many far-flung places, from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, the Far East to Australia. My favourite destination would have to be Australia: the beaches, the cities, the deserts and the wildlife all combine to make one fascinating country. It’s the perfect destination for touring, back-packing or even a tailor-made itinerary, that at Miles Morgan Travel we take great pleasure in putting together. Whether it be the Great Barrier Reef, the sparkling Sydney Harbour or the stunning Gold Coast that takes your fancy, I’d love to help you book an Australian adventure to remember.

Closer to home, Greece has a very special place in my heart, and Crete in particular will always be a firm favourite. I was lucky enough to spend six months on Crete and I worked alongside the locals, meeting their families and joining them in their daily lives – even partaking in their celebrations. As a nation they’re such lovely people, always incredibly kind and welcoming to tourists. More recently I’ve visited Kos and Rhodes with my children, and both holidays were idyllic: the resorts are fantastic, the sky is always blue and the sea is just beautiful. There’s also a broad range of excursions to choose from that I’d definitely recommend, particularly a stunning three-island boat trip!
