All about Jen

I’m incredibly excited to have started my new career in travel and to be part of such a passionate and dedicated team. Before joining the industry, I spent many years in hairdressing, beginning my career in 1999. This gave me a strong foundation in customer service and consultations, and I genuinely love working with people, building relationships, and understanding exactly what they’re looking for, skills I now bring into helping plan the perfect holiday.

Travel has always been a huge passion of mine, and one of my most exciting experiences was working on cruise ships. With home ports in Miami, Tampa Bay and New Orleans, I was lucky enough to explore a wide range of incredible destinations across the Caribbean. From the vibrant streets of San Juan to the stunning beaches of St Lucia, Antigua and the Bahamas, I’ve experienced first-hand what makes each island unique. I’ve also visited destinations including Jamaica, Cozumel, Cancun, St Thomas and Grand Cayman, giving me a real depth of knowledge when it comes to Caribbean cruising.

Cruising is something I could talk about all day! I love how it allows you to experience multiple destinations in one holiday, with the flexibility to explore as much, or as little, as you like. Whether you fall in love with a destination or prefer to relax on board with a cocktail in hand, it truly offers something for everyone. With my experience, I can help you choose the right itinerary, recommend ports based on your interests, and even suggest the perfect stay before or after your cruise to make the most of your trip.

Alongside cruising, I’ve been fortunate to travel to a variety of amazing destinations. A magical Christmas trip to New York is something I’ll never forget, while Paris has completely captured my heart, I’ve visited in summer and autumn and think it’s the perfect city break all year round. I also love places like Lisbon and Madeira, which exceeded all expectations with their beauty and authenticity, and Las Vegas, which I believe everyone should experience at least once; it’s so much more than just casinos.

More recently, I enjoyed a Mediterranean cruise from Rome, visiting stunning destinations such as Santorini, Mykonos, Naples, Amalfi and Sorrento, my personal favourite, and somewhere I can’t wait to return to.

I’m someone who loves to plan every detail of a trip, making sure everything runs smoothly so you can simply enjoy the experience. Over time, I’ve learnt the balance between planning and allowing time to relax, and I’m always happy to share tips on where to save and where it’s worth indulging. Private transfers are always high on my list!

My next dream destination is Canada, as I love exploring and being surrounded by incredible landscapes.
