I first found the notion of travel interesting whilst studying travel and tourism as part of my business studies and finance diploma at college. I realised quite early on that a career in travel was what I wanted to do. Shortly after I finished college in 1986 and after serval phone calls and then interviews I landed my first job as a trainee consultant at an independent agency in Stroud Gloucestershire. I have worked in the travel industry ever since, both in multiple and independent agencies. I would say that travel is truly in my blood and will be forever a passion of mine.

I have travelled to some amazing places that include New York, South Africa, China, Jordan The Caribbean Dubai and many European destinations, cruising and most recently a fantastic tour of Vietnam and Cambodia.

I love being able to waffle on to friends family and customers about my experiences and believe that travelling to these places puts me in the best position to offer first hand knowledge and experience to my customers. It's the little tips and ideas that can make all the difference to your holiday plans.

My favourite city destination has to be Rome a city contrasting ancient and modern history. The general buzz and atmosphere of this wonderful city simply puts a smile on my face and a spring in my step.

This year I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Spain, Dubai and have cruised with Fred Olsen to Spain Portugal and Morocco. All were simply amazing in their own ways and all very different. Now I look forward to my future travels and wonder what part of this beautiful planet I will be able to feast my eyes upon next year.
