All about Ella

I joined Miles Morgan in 2026 beginning my journey in the travel industry. My passion for travel is more than visiting new places. I enjoy adventure, connecting with people, immersing myself in different cultures, and discovering the experiences that make every journey unique. One of the most rewarding experiences of my own travel journey was spending month in Fiji volunteering. Travelling solo through Australia before joining fellow volunteers in Fiji gave me the opportunity to embrace independent travel, step outside my comfort zone, and discover just how much the world has to offer.

During my time in Fiji, I explored its breathtaking landscapes, enjoyed island hopping, hiking, swimming and discovering beautiful waterfalls. However, the most memorable part of my experience was living with a local village family and becoming part of their everyday community life. Sharing meals, learning traditional skills, and experiencing Fijian culture first-hand gave me a deeper appreciation of the people, traditions and way of life that make a destination truly special. This experience strengthened my desire to explore the world in a more meaningful way and inspired me to begin my journey as a Travel Specialist.

I’m particularly drawn to holidays that combine adventure, culture and authentic experiences, whether that means exploring somewhere off the beaten track, discovering a destination’s hidden gems, or simply finding time to enjoy the beauty of a new place.

Thailand was another unforgettable chapter in my travel journey, offering the perfect combination of adventure and natural beauty. Travelling between the different islands gave me the opportunity to experience just how diverse and beautiful Thailand is, from crystal-clear turquoise waters and white sandy beaches to dramatic limestone cliffs and hidden tropical bays. One of the highlights of my trip was gaining my PADI scuba diving qualifications, opening a whole new world beneath the surface. Exploring the underwater world, discovering vibrant marine life and experiencing the tranquility of diving was something truly special.

Thailand reminded me how rewarding it is to step outside your comfort zone, embrace new experiences and appreciate the natural beauty our world has to offer. It’s experiences like these that have fueled my passion for travel and inspired me to encourage others to explore beyond familiarity, try something new and create their own unforgettable memories.

I also love city breaks as they give me the perfect opportunity to escape my everyday routine and explore somewhere new. I have discovered the beautiful streets of Rome, visiting famous landmarks such as the Colosseum and Trevi fountain, trying different foods, and experiencing the culture. I love wandering around a new city, finding hidden gems and making memories along the way. Whether it’s shopping, sightseeing, enjoying cafés or simply soaking up the atmosphere, every city has something different to offer.

As I continue to develop my knowledge and experience, I am excited to share my passion for travel and help inspire others to discover their own adventures.
