I’ve been in travel for most of my working life; I began as an apprentice aged seventeen, and though I had a change of career a few years ago, I couldn’t resist jumping back into the holiday world when I saw Miles Morgan Travel advertising for a Travel Specialist in the Cheltenham branch! I couldn’t be happier that I did: with tailor-made holidays from a range of top suppliers, I truly believe that an independent agency provides an unbeatable experience for both staff and customers.

I’ve been incredibly lucky in my career, to have spent years booking customers’ dream holidays, but also to have lived and worked abroad for ten years! I’ve travelled to many different countries, each with their own fascinating culture and lifestyle, and I take the greatest pleasure in sharing these experiences with customers.

Throughout my years in travel, I’ve ticked off more bucket-list destinations than I imagined I ever would! A true highlight was a safari in Kenya, in which I was lucky enough to see the Big Five – elephants, lions, rhinos, leopards and buffalos – in their natural habitat. It left me absolutely speechless: an absolute once-in-a-lifetime experience! I’ve also hot-air ballooned over the River Nile at sunrise and climbed a volcano on Santorini. These are just some of the adventures that’ll inspire me to keep travelling forever; you never know what incredible things you’ll end up doing!
