The Regent Seven Seas Splendor was truly pure luxury from start to finish, and nothing was too much trouble, it certainly exceeded all of my expectations.
This 6 star ultimate luxury cruise was hassle free and seamless from the moment you stepped onboard, from a swift check in which included a covid test and questionnaire, to a very warm welcome, greeted with a glass of champagne, then a visit to see your cabin.
All the cabins have a balcony with luxurious touches, from bathrobes and slippers, to the most comfortable bed and luxury linen, L'Occitane toiletries, luxury bathroom, my cabin was the Concierge Suite and had a bath with a large double shower and twin sinks. the bedroom had a curtain to separate the lounge area, with a large tv, coffee machine, and complimentary fruit, with a walk in wardrobe, we also had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the cabin, which was a lovely touch.
There are 10 cabin grades to choose from and the Regent Suite is without a doubt something truly spectacular, with 2 bedrooms, separate bathrooms, piano, dining room, spa room, and large outdoor decked terrace with its own hot tub, at 4,443 sq ft, it is larger than many homes!
The attention to detail around the ship is of sophistication and elegance, with no expense spared, with expensive paintings, Murano and Lalaque glass, beautiful Italian marble floors and the list goes on...

The food was such a high standard in terms of taste and the presentation was amazing, fine dining at its best and could not fault any of the meals, with the wine sommelier's choice of the finest wines to be served was perfection. Champagne and caviar on offer even at breakfast, with all top premium branded drinks.
Free unlimited shore excursions are also included in the price of the cruise, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. Great choice of entertainment from the theatre shows, to live music, and even a quiet piano bar to relax.
The Culinary Kitchen experience is worth booking, we decided to book it and made scones, an hours cooking lesson with expert chefs and the best bit is you get to sample what you have cooked.
There is also a gym, mini golf, and other sporting activities onboard, or why not treat yourself to a pamper in the spa, or head to the hot tubs or swimming pool and the sun deck.
The staff were so welcoming and really could not do enough for us, from offering you a drink wherever you are on the ship, to checking you are having the best time, such lovely people and you really felt like they were part of the Regent family and very cared for.
Inclusive luxury, includes free flights and transfers, shore excursions, unlimited drinks, speciality restaurants, unlimited Wi-Fi, and gratuities.
If you are looking for that something special or to just treat yourself, then I would truly recommend this to try, it is the most relaxing break away to indulge and immerse yourself in luxury heaven.
