The weather is one of the main reasons people flock to Tenerife year after year. Playa de las Americas is one of the most popular resorts on the island and has an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. As Tenerife has a spring/summer climate all year round, there is no bad time to visit. You are most likely to see some rain, particularly in the north, in November and February/March. High season is January to Easter.
