The Best of Singapore and Malaysia

Combine fast-paced cities with the easy, breezy hills of Malaysia’s tea country. Your adventure begins in Singapore, home to solar-powered ‘supertrees’, shopping malls, leafy botanical gardens and a medley of Chinese, Indian, Malay and English influences. After a few days seeing the sights, we’ll cross the border into Malaysia. As well as uncovering the history and culture of Kuala Lumpur, we’ll have time to relax with a cuppa in the Cameron Highlands and a cocktail by Penang’s beach.

Day 1: UK - In Flight

Titan's VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home for your overnight flight to Singapore.

Days 2-4: Singapore

On arrival on day two, after transferring to our hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. On our first full day, we’ll enjoy a tour of Singapore, one of Asia’s most electric cities. Our guided tour will include the Marina Bay Sands Skypark Observation Deck for wide-angle views of the entire city. We’ll also tick off Merlion Park, Thian Hock Temple, the beautiful National Orchid Garden, and the colourful Little India district. The following day is at leisure to explore more of the city.

Day 5: Malacca

We travel to Malacca, one of Malaysia’s historical trading ports. On arrival, we join a boat cruise along the stunning Malacca River, a modern waterway which provides great views of the city and gardens.

Day 6: Malacca - Kuala Lumpur

A half-day tour reveals Malacca’s standout sights; this afternoon, we’ll drive on to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 7: Kuala Lumpur

Today, we enjoy an insightful city tour, including a photo stop at the Petronas Twin Towers, the fascinating Chinatown district and the New King’s Palace with its 22 distinctive domes. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 8: Cameron Highlands

We depart Kuala Lumpur for our journey to the Cameron Highlands. Here, we’ll find quaint villages, tea plantations and lovely colonial architecture. We’ll visit the BOH Tea Plantation where slopes are filled with tea plants as far as the eye can see; Kea Farm Market Place; and the Time Tunnel Museum, where we get a fascinating glimpse into some of the colonial history of the region.

Day 9: Taiping - Penang

We journey to Taiping, where historical buildings and heritage landmarks hark back to the colonial era, and visit the orang-utan rehabilitation and educational centre in Bukit Merah. After this, we continue to Penang.

Days 10-11: Penang

A guided tour showcases Penang’s temples, seafront and water villages. You’ll enjoy a further day at leisure.

Day 12: Penang - In flight

We transfer to the airport for your overnight return flight to the UK.

Day 13: UK

Arrive in the UK.
