I joined Miles Morgan Travel in 2023 as a Foreign Exchange Support. I have a love and passion for travelling and can’t think of a better way to gain more opportunities and experiences!

My job is varied: I primarily sell and buy back currency, but it’s so much more than that. I get to talk to customers about where they’re going, and the benefits of booking with Miles Morgan Travel. The best part of my job is gaining a rapport with our customers, so they keep coming back.

Miles Morgan Travel has a real family feel. Every day is different: not only do I serve in the Foreign Exchange bureau, but I also get to work with the team and learn from their conversations with customers. My knowledge of the world, and the best ways to visit places, has grown dramatically. I love engaging with our customers in-person or over the phone to helping with bookings in any way I can.

I would encourage anyone to book with our friendly team. It’s a great feeling to help someone book their perfect holiday and sort their currency. In the bureau, we provide the finishing touch before departure and are proud to contribute to the MMT customer service experience.
