I have worked for Miles Morgan from day 1 (approx 15 years) changing from a multiple to independent was the best thing ever.
Miles is a fabulous person to work for, very hands on and always available when needed. Every day brings something different, you could be booking Majorca or the Maldives. Although the Company has almost doubled in size the family feel is still here and it is a joy to come to work every day.
If you are thinking of joining us, then do not hesitate you won't regret it, not only will you benefit from job satisfaction you will get to see customers return to you time after time. It is a very friendly Company to work for, along with fabulous benefits along the way.

Been with Miles since 2015 (time flies when you're having fun!!). I love the hands-on support from Miles and Mandy with regular catch ups, feedback and willing to take on board my ideas. You're a name, not a number at MMT. Generous bonuses for staff and managers, the best in the business! If I were to ever leave MMT, I would be leaving the industry as, in my opinion, there isn't a better company to work for!

I am enjoying my 9th year working for MMT as manager of the Wells branch - and cannot believe where time has gone! Working with the management team at MMT is a great and supportive experience, even though lockdown and working from home - from day-to-day queries and knowing they have your back if there's a client or operator issue, to regular feedback meetings and even a party at Miles' farm, I feel lucky to work for MMT when so many former colleagues working for multiples have left the travel industry due to Covid redundancies. Working as a Manager at MMT you will feel valued and will have opportunities to really feel like you are running your own business, being able to use your own ideas, organise customer events and other business development ideas.

Having worked for Miles Morgan Travel from Day 1, I can't think of another travel company that I would rather work for! The ethos of the company comes from a very hands-on Boss, who is always enthusiastic and very approachable! Every day brings new opportunities and the chance to do things out of my comfort zone - I was given the opportunity to take my own group to Canada so I enjoy the variety of work that my job brings and i would not hesitate in recommending anyone to join Miles Morgan Travel. I have watched the company grow, winning many awards along the way and am very proud to have been part of this journey!
If you are thinking of joining us, I really wouldn't hesitate as you definitely won't regret it - we have lovely staff along with lovely customers!!

I joined Miles Morgan in Portishead in 2013 and can honestly say I have not looked back since.
Being an independent agent means I can sell the right products to my regular customers, which is why I think that we have such high levels of service. I am so proud of the company and all that it has achieved since I started, having new offices opened and winning lots of awards for the many different areas of travel that we deal with.
We really work as a team both within the office and as a company and there is no question that is too silly to ask if you need anything, that is either speaking to other offices or Miles himself, who is always around to help.
My job is different everyday, from selling holidays to Europe, Cruises, Worldwide travel or a local coach tour! We are also lucky enough to travel with the company and experience the different destinations that we sell which is amazing.
I learn something new everyday and would say if you join our company, you will love working with us.

I joined Miles Morgan Travel back in 2015 when Miles took on the independent business where I worked. I love working for MMT because of the people. Everyone is ultra-friendly, welcoming and so helpful. We all work as a team, even with the other shops, to help each other with questions and queries. We have a company WhatsApp group where we can ask for help and support on customer queries that are needed and get instant assistance. The support from Mandy & Miles is expectational always there to help. It really is a great company for work for is like an extended family.
