All about Lisa

I am so pleased to be re-joining Miles Morgan Travel! After three years away I couldn't not come back and work in my hometown of Gloucester.

I started in travel at the age of 16 and apart from a couple of other small things in between I have always come back. Travel is my passion and I love nothing more than helping to inspire, create and build dreams for my customers. I have been doing it for 14 years now and I am ready to help you plan your next holiday.

I have been lucky enough over the years to travel to many places, far and wide, the United States are a particular favourite of mine, but my real passion is cruising. I did my first cruise to the Baltic regions when I was 20 and have had the bug for it ever since. I have been lucky enough to cruise to a variety of destinations and across a range of cruise lines and their ships. Ocean cruising is a fantastic way to see many cities & points of interest in one go whilst enjoying amazing cuisine and entertainment back on board.

In 2017 I was introduced to the world of River cruising. I didn’t ever imagine that I could enjoy anything more than ocean cruising, but I fell in love instantly with River Cruising. It is worlds away from ocean cruising, smaller ships without sacrificing on cabin sizes, smaller ships mean less people, coach transfers from port are almost never needed as you dock in the heart of the city. However as with ocean cruising, many of the ships can look the same but they all offer different things and I do believe it is important to match my customers with the right cruise for them. I want nothing more than my customers to have the best experience that they possibly can.
