I am pleased to be the shop manager at Portishead, we have a great team of local staff and I can guarantee you a warm welcome. I have 20 years experience in retail travel, including being an overseas representative. I was based in Corfu and Lanzarote, so I can offer extra knowledge of both these destinations. I have always had the travel ‘bug’ and have extensively travelled in Europe, North America, the Caribbean and many long haul destinations. Recently holidayed in Thailand, which was one of my best holidays ever and I would recommend this to anyone.

Dawn

I have been in travel for five years all of them spent in Portishead. I grew up in Australia on the East Coast, so I have first hand knowledge of this fabulous country, having been to most of the major cities. It’s great to be able to help customers planning that once in a lifetime trip to Oz! Only wish I could join them sometimes!
I also love Hawaii, San Francisco & the Algarve. Of the three, Hawaii was my favourite, with all its amazing beaches - A true paradise, to which I hope to return one day!

I have been in travel for 21 years, working in our friendly shop for the last four.
I have visited lots of destinations in Europe in my pursuit of sunshine. My favourites include Greece, especially the smaller islands & Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt. I recently visited the Maldives & Sri Lanka, which was amazing. My husband & I were celebrating a special anniversary and this was our gift to ourselves. The highlight for me was a flight in a sea plane & visiting the Elephant orphanage in Pinnawela.

I am the newest member of the team, having joined from school. I am really enjoying the Travel Industry and love the opportunity to meet customers and genuinely enjoy hearing about the places they have visited. I have a good knowledge of France, as I have visited there many times with my family. It also gives me a chance to practice my French, my other passion in life! I am getting quite the expert on trips to New York, a destination I have booked many times.
