Day 5: Petra

Explore the caves and tombs of this “Lost City”, Jordan’s most valuable treasure. It is surrounded by imposing mountains and has many locations within, such as The Siq, The Dam, Bab Al Siq and the popular Treasury. Return tonight to see this wonder under candlelight.

Stop at Little Petra, a smaller version of Petra before arriving at Wadi Rum. A drive over the sand dunes will allow for further exploration before settling in at your desert camp, just as the Bedouin nomads do.

Day 7: Dead Sea

Journey to the Dead Sea, the lowest body of water on Earth, with a high level of salinity which allows one to float. You will have the afternoon to explore the surrounding area.

Day 8: Tel Aviv

Transfer from the Dead Sea to Tel Aviv by road. On arrival you will check into your hotel and have time to relax.

Today you will visit Jaffna, the world's oldest active harbour, travel to Caesarea to view the fascinating Roman ruins, and drive to view the Holy Land at Mukhraga before finishing your touring in Tiberias.

Day 10: Tiberias

Travel to the site of the miracle of the Loaves and Fishes (Tabgh) before visiting the ancient synagogue and House of St. Peter in Capernaum. Mount of Beatitudes is where the Sermon on the Mount took place.

Day 11: Qasr El Yahud

Depart for Kibbutz Degania B, Israel's first Kibbutz before travelling to Qasr El Yahud and onto Jericho where you will take a cable car up to Quarantal Monastery, built into the face of the mountain. Arrive back, on the opposite side of the Dead Sea, to relax for the afternoon.

Day 12: Bethlehem

Travel to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, before you take the cable car to the top of Masada Fortress. Continue your journey to Bethlehem, located in the central West Bank of Palestine, and enjoy a Palestinian dancing show this evening.
